One thing we keep hearing from partners is just how fast we ship new stuff.
We assumed, from years of building, that this was normal. It’s not.
They’re used to incumbents moving in rigid cycles. A new product every few years. A feature release once a year. The odd UX tweak in between.
We don’t operate like that and never will.
We ship every single week, with a mandate to ship daily when the window allows.
If a partner flags something on a Monday and it’s a clear win or already on the near-term roadmap, by Friday, they’re using it.
That loop, from idea to live product in days, is where the value compounds.
